Building & Architectural Committee
The Building & Architectural Control Committee
- Function - No improvement shall be erected, constructed, placed or altered on any portion of teh Property until plans and specifications in such form and detail as the Building and Architectural Control Committee may deem necessary, shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by such Committee. The decision of the Building and Architectural Control Committee shall be final, conclusive and binding upon the applicant.
