The Landscape & Maintenance Committee
- Function- The Landscape and Maintenance Committee shall be responsible for maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of Country Ridge, including:
- the landscaping and maintenance of any common areas within Country Ridge which have been deeded to the Association
- enforcing the upkeep and maintenance obligations of Owner(s) as set forth in the Declarations
